Excellent corrosion resistance

The flow passage components of DR type engineering plastic magnetic pump are made of high-strength engineering plastics, high-purity aluminum oxide ceramics, filled with PTFE, high-density carbon and other corrosion-resistant materials. In addition, the design of leak free sealing structure is used to transport acid, alkali and other corrosive media with a temperature lower than 60 ℃.

Efficient/energy-saving design

Unique design shaft non rotating structure, no eddy current loss, non-metallic isolation sleeve, injection molding of all flow passage parts, smooth flow passage, greatly improving the efficiency of the pump.

Simple repair/maintenance

The structure is simple and the main components are modularized, so as to facilitate simple and rapid disassembly and inspection. Wearing parts can be replaced separately.

The working pressure of the system shall not be greater than 0.6MPa, the viscosity shall not be greater than 30X10-6m2/s, and the transportation of liquid without iron and hard solid particles.
