The hydraulic diaphragm series adopts hydraulic transmission diaphragm, that is, the diaphragm is connected with the plunger through hydraulic oil (or other suitable medium). The diaphragm reciprocates with the pressure pulse in the oil circuit given by the plunger. There is no mechanical connection between the plunger and the diaphragm.
The precise automatic control system accurately controls the built-in compensation valve to ensure that the diaphragm does not overload. Even under some severe working conditions, such as blockage or the outlet valve is closed, the pump failure will not occur. Because the compensation valve will be driven only when it reaches the end of the diaphragm suction stroke, that is, the diaphragm will open the compensation valve only when it contacts the limit pin. In this way, the overload of the hydraulic system can be prevented and the service life of the diaphragm can be ensured to be more than 10000 hours.
The stress of the diaphragm in the hydraulic diaphragm pump does not depend on the suction pressure or the discharge pressure, but depends on the deformation caused by the pressure difference on both sides. Therefore, the actual use range of this pump is almost unlimited.

A built-in safety valve is installed in the hydraulic system of the pump to protect the pump head and gear transmission mechanism in case of overload. The automatic oil replenishing and built-in safety protection system of diaphragm limit valve compensation valve built-in safety valve are adopted. This protection system can be safely used for low, medium and high viscosity fluids, as well as for metering and transportation of turbid liquid and various suspensions.

Hydraulic double diaphragm alarm series

The hydraulic double diaphragm alarm series metering pump is applicable to the slurry with strong adhesion, high viscosity medium, sterile medicine, liquid that will react strongly with hydraulic medium, and the occasions where the diaphragm will lead to danger when it is damaged. It has all the performances of single diaphragm pump and its own characteristics. The middle chamber can be used to alarm any diaphragm damage.

Hydraulic four diaphragm alarm series

The hydraulic four diaphragm alarm series metering pump is safer and more reliable when conveying dangerous chemicals such as permeability and radiation. When harmful substances penetrate the third membrane sheet, they will neutralize the medium between the membranes and can be removed regularly through the bottom hole. Therefore, this series of metering pumps have an anti permeability effect on chemicals with strong permeability.
