Manual control system

When the metering pump is running or stopped, the stroke length can be manually adjusted, and the dosage can be accurately adjusted, with the adjustment range of 0~100%.

Frequency conversion control system
The external frequency conversion circuit can receive 4~20mA and 0~20mA control signals to automatically adjust the travel frequency; The adjustment range is 25%~100%.
Electric stroke control system

The electric stroke controller is connected to the regulating shaft of the metering pump by receiving an external 4~20mA signal. It controls the rotation of the stepping motor together with the limit switch to control the travel. The regulator has the characteristics of short response time (the whole process response time is only 30 seconds), wide adjustment range (the adjustment range is 10~100%), accurate positioning, manual and automatic switchover at any time, and is especially suitable for high-precision control occasions.

Fully automatic control system
1) It adopts full digital input instrument, with simple flow setting and convenient operation.
2) The controller adopts microprocessor operation system and PID fuzzy control system. It can automatically calculate according to the flow setting value to obtain the motor's load voltage and load frequency. Through the PID fuzzy control of the alternating current conversion system, it can obtain the power supply of ideal voltage and frequency. The motor operates normally according to the set speed. The monitoring system detects the reciprocating frequency of the plunger in real time, and transmits the data to the arithmetic unit, which corrects the output signal in time according to the feedback signal to achieve flow correction. The whole control process is realized by continuous communication of microprocessor, PID fuzzy control system and monitoring system, with fast information feedback, high flow accuracy, high linearity and reproducibility accuracy.

After the alarm function is started, motor power can be cut off directly to protect the motor. Other alarm devices can also be started, program control function can be added, and program control of different flows can be realized.
