① Buffer:
The buffer is a pressure vessel with a membrane (PTFE) inside to separate the vessel into upper and lower parts. The upper chamber is filled with inert gas, and the lower chamber passes through liquid medicine medium. Utilizing the compressibility of the gas and the excellent elasticity of the diaphragm, the pulse is instantly absorbed, so as to obtain a stable hydraulic flow and pressure. 90%~95% pulses can be smoothed.
The buffer installed on the outlet pipeline can stabilize the flow and pressure of the system.
The installation of buffer with proper volume will improve the working performance of the pump, and smaller diameter pipes can be used, which greatly reduces the cost of the system.
Materials: stainless steel, PVC, carbon steel, etc.

② Back pressure valve
When all metering pumps operate at low system pressure, excessive delivery will occur. To prevent similar problems, a back pressure of at least 0.7BAR must be maintained. This can be achieved by installing a back pressure valve at the outlet of the metering pump.
Materials: stainless steel, PVC, carbon steel, etc.
Specification: DN15, DN20, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, etc.

③ Safety valve
It is installed on the outlet pipe of the metering pump. When the system pressure is abnormal, it can protect the metering pump from damage.
Material: stainless steel, PVC, carbon steel, etc.
Maximum flow: 20000L/h
Maximum pressure: 80Mpa

④ Flow calibration column
It can accurately verify the output flow of metering pump
Material: glass, plastic, etc
Specification: 100ml~4000ml

⑤ Filter
It is installed on the inlet pipe of the metering pump to remove impurities or gross particles of the transmission medium, so as to ensure the metering accuracy and normal operation of the pump.
Material: stainless steel, PVC, carbon steel, etc.
Specification: DN15, DN20, DN32, DN40, DN50, Dn65, etc.
