The main features of
Drive end
◎ Driven by eccentric mechanism, the mechanism is compact and the equipment installation space is small.
◎ Unique worm gear/worm structure ensures continuous and stable operation of mechanical driving parts.
◎ Tapered roller bearing at the bottom of worm ensures long-term stable operation of transmission mechanism under heavy load.
◎ For oil bath lubrication, only replace the lubricating oil regularly, and the lubricating system does not need special maintenance.
◎ All moving parts are lubricated by oil bath with long service life.
◎ Flow can be adjusted under shutdown or running conditions, and the adjustment mode can be manual, electric, pneumatic or frequency modulation.
Hydraulic end
◎ The wave pressure drives the diaphragm, which has a longer service life.
◎ High precision one-way check valve structure ensures accurate dosing of metering pump.
◎ Built in adjustable pressure relief valve automatically protects diaphragm and pump head components from overpressure damage.
◎ Pump heads made of PVC, PVDF, 316SS, alloy 20, Hastelloy and other materials are suitable for various materials.
◎ Double head parallel connection is optional, and single head flow can be adjusted separately.
