Performance Description
◎ Pump head can be divided into diaphragm type, plunger type and piston type.
◎ The hydraulic balance diaphragm pump adopts built-in automatic venting, pressure relief and automatic oil make-up valve, which has superior performance and is safe without leakage.
◎ N-type crankshaft adjusting mechanism with superior performance is adopted, which can adjust the stroke linearly when the machine is stopped or started.
◎ The inlet and outlet check valves are of high grade, corrosion-resistant ball valves with linear sealing to effectively ensure the metering accuracy and liquidity.
◎ High performance plunger and imported packing, diaphragm and sealing components have long service life and excellent sealing performance.
◎ The regulating range is 0~100%, and the measuring accuracy is ± 0.5%.
◎ Flow can be adjusted manually, electrically, variable-frequency, fully automatic and other ways.
◎ Pump head can be made of 45 type steel, SS304, SS316, polymer and other materials.
◎ Single or more than two to twelve pumps can be operated in parallel, which can be used as proportional pump to smooth pulse.
