Performance Description

◎ The pump head is equipped with a remote device, because the PTFE material is more unstable than the metal material, which is easy to expand and contract with heat.

◎ The valve head structure of the remote pump head can realize the short distance design of the suction valve and the discharge valve, thus effectively reducing the medium settling time. At the same time, the cooling system is set on the one-way valve and the delivery pipe of the pump head to prevent excessive temperature from damaging the overflow part and the mechanical transmission part. It is suitable for high temperature medium, high viscosity medium, high toxicity medium and other dangerous medium as well as the application occasions where the installation position has special requirements.

◎ The electric heating device is attached to the remote device, so that the temperature of the fluid delivered by the pump can reach 360 ℃ without damaging the diaphragm and affecting the service life of the pump.

◎ The hydraulic end adopts double diaphragms and is equipped with a diaphragm status monitoring system. When a diaphragm is damaged, an alarm signal will be sent out, but the pump can still be used normally, which will win valuable time for customers and effectively avoid midway shutdown and medium leakage. The diaphragm is made of polytetrafluoroethylene. There are two rows of liquid discharge ports inside the pump head, which can discharge liquid evenly, reduce internal pressure, and increase the service life of the diaphragm. The valve ball adopts aviation gold steel jade ceramic ball.

◎ The hydraulic system technology is leading in the world. It adopts the automatic oil supplement and built-in safety protection technology of mutual linkage of diaphragm, limit valve and built-in safety valve, with the features of automatic pressure relief, automatic venting and no leakage.
